CUSCO SACRED VALLEY TOUR WITH MARAS MORAY FULL DAY

At SACRED VALLEY TOURS, we organize the Extended Sacred Valley Tour as a full-day private experience that covers five Inca sites in a single itinerary, saving travelers the time typically required to see the same destinations over two separate days. The route combines archaeological sites, traditional markets, and scenic viewpoints throughout the Sacred Valley.

This Sacred Valley tour from Cusco includes stops at Pisac, Moray, the Maras salt pans, Ollantaytambo, and Chinchero, giving travelers a comprehensive view of Inca agricultural engineering, religious architecture, and living textile traditions. Since the service is private, the pace of the day adjusts to the group rather than following a fixed group schedule.

This Sacred Valley tour Cusco is designed for travelers who want to see the region's main highlights without splitting the experience across multiple days. At SACRED VALLEY TOURS, we handle transportation, admission tickets, lunch, and guiding throughout the entire day.

Itinerary

Day 1: Cusco – Taray – Pisac – Moray – Maras – Urubamba – Ollantaytambo – Chinchero – Cusco

We begin the day with hotel pickup in Cusco (3,399 masl) at 6:00 am, stopping first at the Taray viewpoint for photographs of the Sacred Valley before continuing to Pisac (2,972 masl), one of the largest agricultural terrace complexes built by the Inca Empire, along with its traditional market offering a wide variety of handicrafts. From Pisac, we continue by private vehicle to Moray (3,500 masl), composed of four circular depressions believed to have served as an agricultural experimentation site, followed by a visit to the Maras salt pans (3,380 masl), where thousands of individual pools of varying sizes and shapes remain in active use. After descending toward Urubamba (2,871 masl), where travelers can enjoy lunch, we continue to the Inca village of Ollantaytambo (2,846 masl), home to remains such as the Temple of the Sun and the Temple of Water, before heading to Chinchero (3,762 masl) for a weaving demonstration at the local textile center, concluding the day with drop-off at your hotel or a downtown restaurant in Cusco.
